1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 cup of cold water
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
Natural hog casings (about 10 feet)

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare the Meat
