It's also easy to Manage your Subscription.  You can see when your next shipment will go out.  You can change your subscription to be weekly, monthly, or quarterly.  You can edit the items in your subscription, adjusting quantities, and adding or removing products.  You can also edit your shipping address, payment info, and contact info.  You can also Pause or Cancel your subscription quickly and easily. 

 

Your Customer Portal

First, you will need to access your Subscription Customer Portal.  There is a direct link to your Portal in your original Subscription Order Confirmation email, and also in the email we send out 3 days prior to each Subscription shipment.

Once on that page, put in the email address you used when you created your Subscription order, and click the "Send Link" button.  You will get an email in a few minutes with a link to your Subscription Customer Portal.

Your Subscription Portal will look like this:

 

 

As you can see, there is a lot of information there, and lots of buttons you can click to manage your Subscription.

 

To Change Subscription Order Frequency

If you want to change how often your Subscription orders come, you can click on the Edit button near the top in the middle, to the right of the Subscription Created date, Status, and Frequency information.  

You will then get a page that looks like this:

If you want to change the order frequency, just click on the frequency drop down, as indicated with the arrow in the image above.

Then you'll get a popup list of possible frequencies, just select the one you like, and then click on the Save button:

 

 

To Change Subscription Items

If you would like to change what is in your Subscription order, changing quantities, adding products, or removing products, you can click on the next Edit button down, still toward the middle (to the right and slightly above the Items header).

Then you'll see something like this:

 

You can adjust the quantity of any products in your order using the Number input on the left side.  

You can remove products, using the red "Remove" link on the right side.

You can add new products to the Subscription, using the "Add Item" button on the bottom.

If you make any changes, don't forget to click the "Save" button on the upper right!

 

To Edit Contact, Shipping, or Payment Information

You can use the three "Edit" buttons on the right side of the Portal to change, in order from top to bottom, the contact email address for the Subscription (this email will get subscription shipment notifications, and is the email address used to access this Portal page), the Shipping Address for the Subscription's order, and the Payment Method for this Subscription.  

As always, if you make any changes, be sure to click the "Save" button on the popup.

 

To Pause or Cancel Your Subscription

Further down on the right side of the Subscription Portal page, you will see large buttons for "Pause my subscription" and "Cancel my subscription".  

You may wish to Pause a subscription if you have enough casings for now, but know you'll want to get more of your Subscription products in the future.  Or if you are closing for vacation or a holiday.

You can also Cancel the subscription completely.

If you don't see these buttons on your Subscription Portal page, you may not have met the minimum required number of Orders for your subscription.  Currently this is two orders, including your initial order when you created the Subscription.
